How do I process a return or exchange?
Items in their original condition with all tags attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please use our online portal to generate a prepaid return label. Note that 'Final Sale' items and altered garments are not eligible for return.

Yes, we provide expert in-house tailoring for items purchased through our store. If you are near our physical boutique, you can schedule a fitting; otherwise, please contact our concierge for guidance on local alterations and measurements.
