The box is quite literally a vehicle for your fragrance. With six woven sides, this version gives the ultimate fragrance experience to carry with you as a charm. The first versions of a"vinaigrette" was a pomander, that can be traced back to the Middle Ages and were generally in gold or silver and studded with jewels, pierced to allow the fragrance to disperse. Vinaigrettes evolved from this idea during the late 18th century and were small containers used for holding various aromatic substances. They usually held a tiny piece of sponge soaked in a liquid (like vinegar). It's primary purpose was to mask bad smells. The primary purpose of our Vinaigrette is for your fragrance.
